The manager was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Rooms were outdated.

Location

The rooms were dates and old,seen a couple of cockroaches running around. We were told if we wanted our rooms clean, we would have to make an appointment which we did, we were even confirmed that the room would be made up when we returned, it wasn't.

The location is good and within shopping mall area.

The room had some kind of stale smell and small too.

To be fair, it's location is GREAT and I think that is what this hotel is known for. Also since it is an entire building, you get the elevator for yourself - you don't share it with other tenants just those who stay in the hotel itself so it does not take too long to go up or down. Wifi was working nicely and was quite stable. There is ref and TV in the room and the beds and pillows were comfortable too. Although there is a safety deposit box in the room, the part of the door where the safety latch is attached looked like it had been forced open before so I did not leave valuable things behind. Also, the staff who spoke to me was friendly and helpful.

I was expecting a "hotel-like" accommodation basing it off on the name and the photos. First off, the room smelled like sweaty feet. We had to buy a room spray to get through our stay. The paint of the walls were chipping off and had child's drawings which makes it creepy. The bathroom did not smell nice either even if the rusted vent was working. The toilet bowl itself is filthy. They did not clean the room during our stay. There was no mention of having to ask for it so we thought it should be a regular thing. To top it all off, even our trash was not cleared. They also do not have water dispenser for the guests. I hope the hotel does something about it's facilities. The lobby looks nice but their rooms need a lot of improvement.

The place is abit rundown, needed renovations. The bed springs can be felt, too old the mattress.

There were stains on the walls and the room smelled bad. Bathroom was moldy allso. Horror!

The location was convenient because the bus from the airport stops right in-front of the hotel. And the staff were very helpful.

The property was old. The bathroom was moldy and needs to be updated. It had a certain moldy smell as well. And it had tiny cockroaches.

Location is good but cleanliness and attitude of the staff is poor

Staff has a poor attitude. No sense of hospitality. Spoke badly when asked for water and an international adaptor.
